Shipping policy

After your order is placed it takes 3-5 business days to process, verify, and authorize before we ship out your order(especially if you are paying with pay-later services such as: Klarna, Sezzle, or Zip Payments). General shipping takes about 7-15 days (or less) due to current shipping delays caused by COVID. When your order is shipped we will email you with your tracking number. We only ship to the confirmed address you placed on file, so please be sure your address is correct, as well as the email address. This is where we will send all tracking and shipping updates.  

ALL ORDERS MUST BE SIGNED FOR. In the event that your package is left at the post office after several delivery attempts and comes back to us, we will notify you via email. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, stolen packages, natural disasters, COVID delays, or delays due to the holiday. Once we ship your order it is then in the hands of the postal service. For example, if you select overnight shipping, we ship overnight if the postal service doesn't get your items to you within the selected timeframe, we are not at fault. We have completed our obligation. We will NOT be offering a refund for the postal services delay, or stolen packages.  If your package is delayed or stolen we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping or item charges. 

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN THE TIME FRAME YOU SELECT. For example, if you select 7-10 business day shipping, it will be shipped within 7-10 business days, and so on so for. There is always a possibility it may be shipped sooner but we normally ship within the timeframe selected. 

A Break Down: For your reference, we will clarify what business shipping means. A business day is an official working day which is Monday through Friday. SATURDAY AND SUNDAY ARE NOT BUSINESS DAYS. Holidays ARE NOT BUSINESS DAYS. When counting down, please consider these factors as well. For example, if you place an overnight order on Friday, your items will not be shipped until Monday. Again, there is no shipping Saturday, or Sunday. These are not business days. If there is a holiday that following Monday, then those items will not be shipped until Tuesday. 

Shipping Delays

For your convenience, it's always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment, or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays (especially during COVID). We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our shipping partner USPS. We are not responsible for late or stolen shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. 

 International Shipments

International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees, or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments.Â
